Design Process
Customer Expectations
At this stage, I need as much information as possible about expectations, preferred colors, the subject matter of the graphics, the chosen font and which elements should be highlighted. I also need the appropriate quality files to be used during the project. At this stage, the client also provides me with all the content to be included in the graphic design.
First proposals
Based on the findings, I prepare up to three initial drafts of the design, which I email to the client. These initial drafts serve to illustrate the discussed concept, verify our understanding, and decide what changes should be incorporated.
First corrections
Based on the client's comments, I prepare a version of the project, which I send by email for approval.
Second revisions
I incorporate the client's comments and prepare the final version of the design for approval. Once the client approves it, I prepare a print-ready version. If further changes to the design are necessary, we agree on an additional fee. Once the design is approved in writing (via email), changes cannot be made to the design, and the printing deadline is calculated (if applicable).
